Job description
Large-scale entertainment destination projects at Qiddiya need construction costs built up early and kept in line with budget, and this Manager, Cost Planning owns that pre-contract work on-site in Riyadh. Cost versus value sits at the heart of every decision, so financial outcomes improve without compromising project goals. Third-party Cost Consultants submit cost plans that you review for accuracy and design alignment, while a monthly tracker follows scope and cost movements from earlier phases. Design efficiencies are monitored as projects progress, and consultants are held to their agreed scope, guidelines and procedures. IPMS measurement guidelines and Qiddiya's own policies, processes and templates apply throughout. Benchmarking ties design metrics to cost positions, giving assurance at every phase of the project lifecycle. Your Business Unit receives regular updates on construction costs and design metrics, and internal reviews need your presence to help projects pass Stage Gates. Expect to bring 5 to 7 years in cost planning, quantity surveying or estimating on projects valued above SAR 200 million, expert knowledge of NRM, CESSM, RIBA and POMI, and ideally GCC experience and CostX.
