Job description
The Development Manager – Branded Residential for Hilton EMEA supports the execution of Hilton’s development strategy across the region, focusing on branded residential projects. The role involves stakeholder engagement, market research, commercial presentations, reporting, event management, and operational support to accelerate project signings and enhance Hilton’s presence in the market.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain transparent filing and administration systems for development projects
- Participate in development meetings, filter opportunities, and assess projects
- Compile commercial offers, proposals, and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Gather and maintain up-to-date market intelligence and insights for the EMEA development team
- Update and manage development tools, resources, dashboards, and internal reporting platforms
- Organize and support Hilton’s presence at industry conferences and events
- Assist in project-specific tasks to accelerate deal signings and development approvals
- Collaborate with internal support functions (Legal, Feasibility, Finance, Corporate Compliance, Brands) to ensure smooth project execution
- Support senior leadership with reports, analyses, and ad-hoc requests
- Proactively suggest ideas to improve departmental efficiency and increase Hilton’s market exposure
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality development, real estate, feasibility, consulting, or sales-driven hospitality roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Fluent in English (Arabic preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Familiarity with AI tools for reporting, analytics, or business process improvements is advantageous
