Job description
This full-time paralegal role is open to UAE Nationals and is based in Dubai at Central Park Towers. The role requires supporting associates across all levels by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents and correspondence, maintaining organized client files, and assisting in court hearing updates. The paralegal will also be responsible for translating legal documents between Arabic and English, supporting administrative functions such as PoA and engagement letters, and contributing to the firmās legal publications. The position is ideal for candidates with strong experience in law firm environments and regional GCC exposure.

Key responsibilities
- Assist associates in researching laws and judgments
- Conduct legal research, verify facts, gather client data and evidence, and complete necessary paperwork
- Draft legal documents including contracts and pleadings and prepare client correspondence
- Maintain and update client files in both paper and electronic formats
- Support preparation of standard legal documents as needed
- Coordinate work between associates and support the Head of Department/Partner in report consolidation
- Coordinate with marketing to publish legal updates on new laws and regulations
- Translate legal documents between Arabic and English
- Update clients on court hearing schedules and outcomes
- Assist in preparing Power of Attorney documents, Engagement Letters, and perform general admin duties
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a paralegal role
- Previous legal firm or legal department experience is essential
- Strong working knowledge of legal research techniques
- Experience in the GCC region is preferred
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with translation skills
