Job description
Most of the working year, between 70 and 80 percent on average, is spent at customer sites across the territory. Hospitals and clinics invest in GE Mammography, digital X-ray, mobile X-ray, DXA and Fluoroscopy systems, and their teams need to use them safely while getting the best image quality and productivity from them. Coordinating installations and initial clinical applications with sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager is where each project starts. Onsite applications training follows, with some post-sales support also delivered via digital platforms. Customer relationships carry on well after the sale, and spotting opportunities to meet further needs is part of the job. Building a network of key opinion leaders, supporting trade shows and workshops, and documenting every training and site visit under local protocol all add to the week. GE is also moving clinical education onto digital tools, and you will help roll them out. A Radiographer degree, 2+ years in the healthcare industry and current experience delivering applications on GE products are required, while prior Application Specialist work in WHXR is a plus.
