Sales Operations Senior Manager - Contracts & Compliance role responsible for managing all contract-related Build-To-Suit (BTS) and land sales activities, ensuring seamless execution aligned with company policies and business objectives. Accountable for supporting development and implementation of contracts-related policies and procedures to streamline processes, provide clear guidelines, minimize errors, and provide strategic oversight to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Supports section head to standardize Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) formats and contract templates, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment with company policies, and collaborates with key stakeholders to optimize contract management processes. Leads and motivates the Contracts Management team to ensure contracts are drafted, reviewed, and finalized within required turnaround time while maintaining compliance with internal processes and industry standards. Manages end-to-end contract documentation workflow to ensure timely contract formulation, execution, and delivery to prevent delays and enhance operational efficiency. Oversees verification and approval of booking documentation ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper signoffs to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance. Processes KYC/AML clearance for new sales efficiently, ensuring compliance with company governance protocols and KYC/AML regulations and due diligence processes. Oversees strategic management of contract-related data with timely and accurate system updates and drives process improvements to enhance data integrity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with organizational policies. Serves as main point of contact for customers on contract-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication, prompt resolution, and smooth execution of contractual obligations. Provides regular management reports with insights on contract progress, identifies potential bottlenecks, and supports data-driven decision-making. Stays updated on Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations, ensuring all contracts align with latest legal requirements, and works closely with Legal teams to incorporate changes in approved contract templates, SPAs, and legal forms to keep contractual documents current and compliant. Requires bachelorâs degree in business administration (masterâs preferred) and knowledge of legal and contract terms. Requires minimum 8-10 yearsâ experience with at least 3 years at senior managerial level in contracts and compliance management particularly in the real estate industry. Tools/skills include Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM/other relevant software for contracts, governance frameworks, policies and procedures, ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements and implement solutions, and ability to analyze legal and financial risks in contracts and transactions; Arabic language is preferable.

Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorâs degree in business administration with a masterâs degree preferred
- Maintain knowledge of legal and contract terms
- Have minimum 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a senior managerial level in contracts and compliance management particularly in the real estate industry
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word and Excel and be able to use CRM or other relevant software for contracts
- Demonstrate proficiency in KYC/AML regulations and due diligence processes and be able to process KYC/AML clearance for new sales in line with governance protocols
- Apply in-depth understanding of RERA regulations, Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) requirements, laws pertaining to property sale agreements, and other relevant laws to ensure contract compliance
- Develop and implement contract policies and procedures ensuring efficiency and compliance and support standardization of SPA formats and contract templates
- Interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements and implement solutions while maintaining compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and internal processes
- Manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and compliance projects simultaneously and deliver timely contract formulation, execution, and delivery
- Support contract negotiation and risk assessment and analyze legal and financial risks in contracts and transactions
- Work effectively with Legal teams, senior management, external partners, and customers to resolve contract inquiries, compliance challenges, and contractual disputes
- Have Arabic language preference capability (preferable)
