Job description
Fever, a leading global technology platform for culture and live entertainment, serving over 300 million users monthly across more than 40 countries and partnering with industry leaders such as Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, is seeking an Onsite Event Operations Coordinator in Dubai to support operational excellence across live events. The role involves designing and coordinating operational plans for events including access control systems, staff allocation, cashless systems, kiosks, and all event operational requirements, ensuring seamless execution from planning to closure. The position requires leading onsite execution, managing event setup, overseeing live operations, and supervising closure activities including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback. The candidate will ensure operational efficiency and adherence to standards while managing teams onsite and interacting with cross-functional departments including Sales, Originals, and Marketing to align operational execution with business goals. The role requires hands-on event management in high-paced and dynamic environments, team leadership, operational reporting, and continuous process improvement to enhance customer experience and operational performance. The position also involves working within Fever’s proprietary technology and data-driven approach to scale and improve event delivery, managing operational logistics from day one, and contributing directly to operational excellence and customer satisfaction within an international live entertainment and technology-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
- Design and coordinate comprehensive operational plans for live events by defining requirements for access control systems, staff allocation, cashless systems, kiosks, operational workflows, resource allocation, and logistical requirements while ensuring all operational elements are structured, documented, and aligned with event objectives and operational standards
- Lead onsite event execution from initial setup through live operations and final closure by overseeing installation, staff coordination, operational readiness, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless delivery of all event components in accordance with operational guidelines and performance expectations
- Supervise event setup and dismantling activities by coordinating teams, monitoring timelines, managing operational logistics, verifying equipment readiness, and ensuring that all operational components such as kiosks, access control systems, and cashless systems are fully functional prior to event opening
- Oversee live event operations by monitoring real-time performance, managing operational issues, coordinating with onsite staff, adjusting workflows, and ensuring that customer experience standards and operational performance targets are achieved throughout the event lifecycle
- Manage event closure processes including reconciliations, financial reporting, operational wrap-ups, incident reporting, and performance reviews while documenting operational insights and providing structured improvement feedback for future events
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Originals, and Marketing teams by aligning operational planning, promotional execution, event requirements, and operational deliverables to support business objectives and ensure consistent event execution
- Lead onsite teams by assigning responsibilities, managing staff allocation, ensuring operational alignment, monitoring performance, and maintaining structured workflows within high-paced and dynamic environments
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements by analyzing operational performance, reviewing event outcomes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience across all events
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields with academic exposure to operational planning, analytics, business processes, or technical disciplines relevant to live event operations and operational management
- Possess at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, operations, technology-related roles, or event operations with exposure to operational planning, onsite coordination, and execution in dynamic environments
- Demonstrate experience managing onsite teams and operational workflows including staff allocation, operational supervision, and event coordination while maintaining structured execution and operational efficiency
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analytics, operational reporting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making and continuous operational improvement
- Show experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Originals, Marketing, and operations teams to align event execution with business objectives and operational requirements
- Demonstrate experience handling event lifecycle processes including planning, setup, live operations, closure, reconciliations, and incident reporting within high-paced operational environments
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish languages to support communication across international teams, stakeholders, and operational partners
- Demonstrate ability to operate in fast-growing and dynamic environments with exposure to operational planning, process improvement, team coordination, and execution of large-scale live entertainment events
