The role requires maintaining a polished and professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is required to support documentation, client tracking, and administrative processes. The position also emphasizes multilingual communication capabilities, as fluency in English and additional languages such as Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Dutch is highly valued. - Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional luxury real estate environment
- Handle incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately to relevant agents or departments
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between clients and real estate agents to support property viewing and sales activities
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding property listings and brokerage services as a liaison between clients and agents
- Perform administrative support tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations and workflow efficiency

Experience & skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in luxury or real estate environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and client-focused demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
