Job description
The Reward & People Analytics Expert is responsible for developing and managing reward strategies and people analytics frameworks that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. The role combines compensation and benefits expertise with advanced people analytics to enable data-driven decision-making across the business. The position involves designing and managing competitive reward frameworks aligned with organizational objectives, market benchmarks, regional regulations, and the employee value proposition across multi-country Middle Eastern contexts. The role leads compensation structures, grading systems, incentive plans, annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and bonus cycles, while overseeing benefits programs including health, retirement, and recognition schemes in compliance with local labor laws. In parallel, the role builds and strengthens people analytics capabilities by developing HR dashboards and reports covering workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, diversity, performance, and productivity, and by applying statistical and predictive analysis to evaluate HR programs, workforce trends, and future scenarios. The role partners closely with Finance, Strategy, HRBPs, and business leaders to link people data to business outcomes, supports HR transformation initiatives such as job architecture and pay transparency, manages external reward and survey vendors, and ensures governance, audit readiness, and compliance with data privacy standards and internal policies.

- Develop and manage competitive reward frameworks aligned with organizational goals, market benchmarks, and regional regulations
- Design and implement compensation structures, grading systems, and incentive plans to attract and retain talent
- Lead annual compensation review processes, salary benchmarking, and bonus cycles
- Partner with business leaders to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across multiple geographies
- Oversee benefits strategy including health, retirement, and recognition programs in line with EVP and local requirements
- Build and strengthen people analytics frameworks to support data-driven HR and business decisions
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, DEI, performance, and productivity
- Analyze workforce trends and model future scenarios to support talent, reward, and workforce planning decisions
- Apply statistical and predictive analysis to assess the effectiveness of HR programs, policies, and reward initiatives
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, and HRBPs to connect people data to business outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders on reward and workforce insights
- Lead or contribute to HR transformation initiatives including job architecture, pay transparency, and analytics capability development
- Translate complex analytics and compensation concepts into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external survey providers, reward consultants, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy standards, and internal governance policies
- Support audits and risk reviews related to compensation and people data accuracy and compliance
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in Reward, HR Analytics, or related areas with consulting exposure preferred
- Proven experience designing and implementing compensation and reward frameworks across multi-country GCC environments
- Strong knowledge of GCC market trends, reward regulations, and labor laws
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
- Experience with statistical modeling and advanced workforce analytics is an advantage
