Job description
The Manager – Talent Development is responsible for designing, launching, and managing end-to-end learning and process improvement products (programs) that enhance employee performance and leadership capability across the organization. The role involves conducting learning needs analysis, understanding the real requirements of business leaders and employees, and creating targeted programs such as manager development and performance management enhancements. The manager will own the lifecycle of learning products from concept to delivery, including project management of program launches and continuous assessment of effectiveness using data-driven approaches. Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one coaching to leaders, facilitating learning interventions, measuring program impact, embedding user-centric and design thinking methodologies such as journey mapping, and aligning development solutions with business outcomes. The role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-functional organizational context, requiring expertise in learning design, leadership development, talent development, performance management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and analytics to ensure measurable organizational impact.

- Design and launch learning & development experiences and process improvement programs tailored to business leader and employee needs.
- Project manage learning and talent development products from initial concept to full delivery, ensuring measurable results.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders to unlock potential and improve team performance.
- Continuously assess program effectiveness using data-first approaches and metrics to ensure measurable impact.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and stakeholder interviews to identify skill gaps and organizational development priorities.
- Apply user-centric design principles, including journey mapping and design thinking, to develop targeted and engaging learning solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Facilitate leadership development, high-potential programs, and performance management enhancement initiatives using evidence-based adult learning principles.
- Monitor program adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to refine and optimize learning interventions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization, acting as a change agent for talent growth.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development designing and delivering impactful programs.
- Experience in leadership development, manager coaching, performance management programs, and high-potential development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in user-centric design methodologies, design thinking, journey mapping, and adult learning principles.
- Ability to apply data-driven analysis to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple learning initiatives from concept to completion.
- Experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced, multi-functional, or matrixed organizational environments.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Familiarity with program measurement, employee engagement strategies, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in facilitation, coaching, and delivering learning interventions that align with business objectives.
