Job description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition professional at Huspy, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for tech roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to source, attract, and hire exceptional talent. You will drive recruitment strategy using data insights, build a strong pipeline of candidates, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting Huspy’s rapid growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for tech roles including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to build hiring strategies and execute recruitment plans
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in ATS (Greenhouse)
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
- Support recruitment of diverse roles including engineering, product, business operations, and executive positions
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally in fast-scaling startup environments
- Proven track record of hiring across tech, product, business operations, and executive functions
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build robust talent pipelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, using metrics and analytics to optimize strategy
- Proficiency in ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse, and recruitment workflows
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
