Job description
As the Head of Acceptance Risk & Identity Solutions CEMEA, you will lead Visaâs strategy and development of products leveraging transaction data and partnerships to enhance business decisions, manage profitability, and reduce fraud across the region. Youâll oversee the roadmap for identity and authentication solutions targeting merchants, acquirers, payfacs, and other players within the acceptance ecosystem. The role demands cross-functional collaboration, strategic leadership, and a strong commercial orientation, with accountability for delivering revenue from these solution areas.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the client-facing identity product team tasked with product leadership, deployment, and integration services to rollout products.
- Establish and develop strategy and go-to-market vision for new solutions.
- Grow revenue from acceptance risk and identity solutions in the CEMEA region.
- Develop a pipeline of new revenue-generating solutions with global teams and partners.
- Support country product management with expertise, resources, and strategy alignment.
- Execute strategy with leadership including commercialization guidance, prioritization, and contract oversight.
- Present Visaâs vision and products to ecosystem partners, clients, and executives.
- Partner with market teams to build and disseminate best practices across the region.
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelorâs Degree, or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 4+ years with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant experience.
- Deep expertise in fraud and identity solutions within the acceptance ecosystem (merchants, acquirers, payfacs).
- 5+ years in product management and product sales in the B2B domain.
- Strong project management and business acumen.
- Proven ability to influence strategy and execute tactical programs.
- Significant cross-functional knowledge including software development, marketing, legal, and sales.
- Recognized subject matter expert with a record of high performance.
- Excellent contract and negotiation skills.
- Ability to link product, technology, and business strategy to address complex challenges.
- Understanding of Visaâs business and global organization preferred.
