Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Senior Analyst to join the Middle East Investment Banking team based in Dubai. The team advises corporate clients on M&A and IPO transactions in the booming Middle East region. As a Senior Analyst, you will be at the heart of corporate finance and at the forefront of executions and pitches with direct exposure to some of the largest corporations in the Middle East. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital.

Key responsibilities
- Work with senior investment bankers and professionals as a junior member of the Investment Banking team
- Responsible for organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
- Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
- Conduct economic and financial research
- Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
- Develop valuation analyses and financial models, including Trading and Transaction Comparables, Discounted Cash Flow analyses, LBOs and Merger Models

- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Intellectual curiosity and proactive mindset
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
