Key responsibilities

• Lead structuring and execution of ECA financing transactions with corporate and Government borrowers
• Collaborate on limited/non-recourse project finance transactions
• Support transaction origination and manage country coverage responsibilities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver HSBC banking products
• Conduct market research and share insights with internal teams
• Prepare pitch books, term sheets, mandate letters, credit applications, and facility documentation
• Handle environmental and social due diligence with relevant stakeholders
• Support internal reporting and management information tasks
• Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing and delegation
• Originate syndication and distribution opportunities in the region
• Negotiate facility documentation with clients and external parties
• Ensure adherence to internal control and audit standards
• Promote and uphold HSBC’s risk management and compliance standards
