Job description
The Business Development Director role in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Forex and Fintech industry, involves identifying, acquiring, and managing partnerships with affiliates, IBs, and white-label clients, while executing expansion strategies into new markets including GCC, Asia, and Latam. The position requires leading negotiations, onboarding, and performance management of key partners, collaborating with marketing, compliance, and sales teams for seamless partner integration, monitoring competitor activity and market trends, representing the company at industry events and expos, and reporting directly to the Chief of Business Development. Candidates must demonstrate a strong portfolio of B2B clients, deep knowledge of Forex products, trading platforms (MT5), and regulatory frameworks, along with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Strong portfolio of B2B clients including IBs, affiliates, fund managers, and white-label clients
- Deep understanding of Forex products, trading platforms (MT5), and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable growth results
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, French) are a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai is preferred
