Job description
The Marketing Executive at The Cove Rotana Resort is responsible for executing marketing projects to enhance the company's visibility and success. This includes developing creative marketing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data to define target audiences, and devising strategic ideas. The role involves planning and executing promotional activities and events, compiling financial and statistical information, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with current trends and customer requirements. The position requires proficiency in MS Office and marketing software, strong communication skills, digital marketing expertise, social media management, strategic planning, project management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams while managing budgets and deadlines.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns aligned with the resort’s strategic goals
- Conduct detailed market research and analyze customer behavior to identify target audiences and trends
- Devising and presenting innovative marketing ideas and strategies to senior management
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
- Compile, distribute, and interpret financial and statistical reports to evaluate marketing performance
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, online advertising, and content creation
- Monitor marketing metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure integrated marketing execution
- Maintain brand consistency and enhance customer engagement through targeted marketing strategies
- Support budget management, advertising allocation, and campaign ROI analysis
Experience & skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role within hospitality or resort operations
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics
- Thorough knowledge of strategic marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software tools
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Experience in budgeting, campaign reporting, and performance analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
