Based in Dubai with onsite or remote options, the Creator Partnerships Manager for Binance Square (Marketing) identifies and recruits global crypto creators, manages onboarding, and develops engagement and retention strategies while acting as the liaison between creators and internal teams. The role manages a portfolio of high-impact global crypto creators, tracking community growth metrics for engagement, retention, and satisfaction; builds community growth programs and executes creator marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and interaction through creator collaborations; collaborates with creators to facilitate AMA sessions, interviews, and other community-driven initiatives; and stays current on crypto trends, news, and developments to identify emerging creators and track competitor activity. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing with strong understanding of the crypto industry; demonstrated involvement or a resourceful network within the crypto creator community; strong interpersonal skills to build multi-stakeholder relationships; fluency in English (Arabic or Spanish an advantage); strong analytical skills to interpret data and craft effective strategies; ambition, goal orientation, and self-motivation to work independently and with remote global teams; and up-to-date knowledge of best practices in relevant marketing fields, particularly within the crypto space.
