Job description
The Product Manager will join Whiteshield X, the product arm of Whiteshield, and play a central role in advancing the Career Navigator platformâan AI-enabled workforce and employment solution delivered to governments worldwide. This role is highly strategic and execution-focused, requiring ownership of product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management from ideation to launch and optimization. The successful candidate will operate within a cross-functional product studio, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, QA, policy experts, and leadership to deliver high-impact, AI-driven public sector solutions.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and societal impact goals
- Lead product discovery efforts including stakeholder workshops, client discussions, and policy problem analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis, user research, market research, and stakeholder interviews to inform product direction
- Design and run experiments, including A/B testing, to validate hypotheses and requirements
- Translate business and policy requirements into detailed product specifications for engineering and design teams
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to craft intuitive, high-quality user journeys
- Build and manage a KPI framework and data ecosystem to monitor product performance and drive optimization
- Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment
- Work within Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Figma
Experience & skills
- Multiple years of experience in product management within high-growth, innovative environments
- Proven experience building consumer-facing (mobile or web) products from scratch
- Strong technical understanding, particularly in AI technologies and AI feature integration
- Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and design best practices
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and policy experts
- Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
