Job description
Zain Bahrain is seeking a dynamic ICT Specialist (B2B Pre-sales) to support the Wholesale & Roaming Division in Manama. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by acting as a bridge between technical teams and B2B clients, crafting customized telecom and ICT/ELV solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, participate in RFPs/RFQs, and guide clients through technical evaluations, while maintaining close relationships with local and global partners. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, a confident communicator, and highly proactive in identifying opportunities and delivering value-aligned solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain relationships with potential B2B clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments of client telecom infrastructure.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design customized ICT and ELV solutions.
- Create and present compelling proposals and solution demonstrations.
- Support the sales process by addressing technical queries and customizing offers.
- Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with sales and product teams.
- Ensure accurate and updated solution documentation and architecture governance.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to inform pre-sales strategy.
- Engage with local and international solution providers to explore joint business opportunities.
- Share customer and market feedback with internal teams to improve solutions and offerings.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3ā5 years of experience in telecom B2B Pre-sales or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of telecom technologies, ELV systems, and ICT infrastructure.
- Proven experience developing and presenting technical proposals.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market dynamics and deliver customer-centric solutions.
