Job description
Salesforce Middle East is seeking an experienced Partner Account Director to lead the next phase of growth and customer success through strategic partner ecosystem development. Based in Saudi Arabia and reporting to the Director of Alliances for the Middle East, this role involves developing and executing revenue-driving programs with Salesforce consulting partners across the region, particularly in KSA. The Director will work closely with internal Salesforce teams and external partners to ensure alignment on joint business goals, go-to-market plans, and execution strategies. The position requires deep expertise in partner management, business planning, co-sell strategies, and the ability to drive measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
- Define the joint short and long term business goals and go to market plans for the Middle East
- Develop and execute jointly agreed go to market strategies and business plans with top tier partners
- Execute, manage and deliver regional pipeline and revenue tied to partner strategies and initiatives
- Work with partners, account executives, marketing teams and management to align on customer implementations
- Provide partner management to both existing and new SI partners to align with Salesforce strategy
- Identify whitespace in the territory and recruit consulting partners with relevant expertise
- Lead qualification for new consulting partner leads
- Responsible for onboarding of new partners into the program with Partner Success Managers
Experience & skills
- 8+ years experience managing strategic partner relationships in the technology industry
- Experience of the KSA region preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant new software revenue through partnerships
- Experience in establishing new partnerships, negotiating, and managing contracts
- Track record in developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships
- Highly motivated with ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Time management and prioritization skills for managing multiple deadlines
- Partner development experience across various types (Referral, Reseller, Services, OEM)
- Success in establishing joint go-to-market plans and co-sell activities with partners
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent interpersonal and executive-level relationship building skills
- Goal oriented with entrepreneurial self-starter drive
- Fluent in English; Arabic a bonus
