First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) VP – Transformation (Corporate & Investment Banking) role based in Al Qurm Business Park, Abu Dhabi within the Privileged Clients Group (PCG) under the Personal, Business, Wealth and Privileged Client Banking Group, responsible for driving internal business transformation initiatives by partnering with key PCG, Enablement & Control stakeholders. The role leads Transformation initiative implementation teams comprising staff across business and enablement/support functions, using influence to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time and generate desired business impact; applies strong organisation skills and governance best practices to create transparency on workstream and initiative performance; takes ownership of workstream issues and challenges by deploying problem solving and analytical skills, content knowledge, and influence to collaboratively develop resolutions that deliver desired impact; drives communication for relevant initiatives as required; develops effective relationships including spearheading Change Management within PCG; builds and maintains strong business relationships with cross-functional colleagues to positively influence the strategic direction of the business; and leads simplification of CX E2E journeys to create transformational experiences through digital assets. Qualifications include Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in business-related fields, 10+ years experience in the banking industry preferably in corporate and investment banking, experience in Strategy, Business management and/or Operations/Technology project execution with strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong Project Management skills to drive a large scale transformation.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in business related fields
- Bring 10+ years experience in the banking industry preferably corporate and investment banking
- Demonstrate experience in Strategy, Business management and/or Operations/Technology project execution
- Demonstrate strong Project Management skills required to drive a large scale transformation
- Demonstrate ability to lead workshops and help formulate requirements, options and solutions and get things done through others
