Design concepts need translation into technically feasible and buildable solutions without losing their intent, and that translation work sits at the center of this Technical Interior Designer role. Interior technical drawings, detailed layouts, joinery details, and full documentation packages get prepared to support project delivery from concept through construction. You will coordinate with interior designers, architects, consultants, and suppliers throughout each project stage, keeping technical execution aligned with design ambition. Compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project standards runs through every deliverable. Materials, finishes, and technical details get reviewed for quality, functionality, and constructability before they reach site. Site coordination gets supported during construction and fit-out stages, with technical issues resolved as they arise. Junior team members receive coordination and supervision during the production of technical drawings and documentation, and accuracy, consistency, and quality get maintained across all technical deliverables. Hospitality, residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects all fall within scope, drawing on strong interior detailing knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
