Job description
The Head of Business Development at Noon Academy will lead strategic efforts to develop partnerships with donors, associations, and other key stakeholders, driving business growth and expanding the organizationâs reach and impact across Saudi Arabia and beyond. This Riyadh-based role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and managing partnerships that align with Noonâs mission to revolutionize education through social, group-based learning and AI-enabled engagement. The position requires expertise in business development, sales, and relationship management, as well as proficiency in CRM systems, contract negotiation, and partnership lifecycle management. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for developing innovative outreach strategies, managing donor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring operational alignment, and maintaining high partner satisfaction. The role also involves strategic relationship building, continuous opportunity development, and post-implementation follow-up to enhance service delivery and long-term collaboration. The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen, analytical capability, and strong interpersonal skills to advance Noonâs mission of delivering equitable, high-quality education through technology and strategic collaboration.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new donors and associations, qualifying them as potential partners aligned with Noonâs strategic goals
- Develop innovative approaches for partnership outreach through direct engagement and digital platforms
- Manage and update the partner database (CRM) to ensure accurate tracking and effective follow-up
- Lead negotiations with donors and associations to establish agreements that comply with Noonâs policies and donor requirements
- Prepare and execute contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation
- Collect and analyze partner feedback post-implementation to identify improvement opportunities and enhance partner satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure successful delivery and sustainability of partnerships
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners through consistent communication and trust-building
- Develop and propose new partnership initiatives or service expansions to existing partners
- Organize awareness events and meetings to highlight program impact and foster stronger engagement
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 6â8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the education or non-profit sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and impact reporting tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Saudi nationals only (Saudis only)
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish long-term trust and collaboration
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to partner needs and dynamic business environments
- Demonstrated experience in developing strategies to expand partnerships and drive impact
