Job description
Wheely, a luxury-focused platform scaling a five-star service across multiple cities with user privacy at its core, seeks an experienced sales or account management professional to establish its business product in Dubai while working directly with the Head of Sales. The role represents Wheely at the highest level as an ambassador in the marketplace, develops a market-specific sales plan with near, mid, and long-term targets, meets new clients (direct business and luxury brand partners) to uncover needs and present solutions, attends networking and trade events to source prospects, communicates value via proposals and presentations, converts inbound leads and those from the candidateās network into business accounts, nurtures newly activated accounts to ensure success, and manages key accounts to drive future growth. The position contributes to a globally expanding team, improves product, playbooks, and approach, collaborates with other regions on multi-country opportunities, and liaises with internal teams to enhance service. This office-based Dubai role features an in-person culture with flexible hours and work-from-home when needed, typically expecting at least four days per week in office.

- Represent Wheely to the highest level as an ambassador in the marketplace
- Develop a sales plan for the Dubai market with near-, mid-, and long-term targets

- Communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Convert inbound leads and network opportunities into business accounts
- Nurture newly activated accounts until successful adoption and performance are assured
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships to ensure future growth
- Contribute to a globally expanding team and continuously improve product, playbooks, and approach

Experience & skills
- Bring experience in a luxury brand or hotel environment (desirable)
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with openness to daily challenges
- Demonstrate strong proactive sales or account management skills
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage a pipeline and multiple accounts in a fast-moving startup environment
- Influence and establish new connections, networking across the luxury segment from frontline staff to C-suite executives
- Show proven ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
- Perform well under pressure with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial growth mindset, working closely with a team in a dynamic environment
- Apply strong analytical skills to monitor, report on, and measure pipeline performance and analyze market trends; experience using a CRM system is beneficial
- Display resilience in the face of challenges
- Be available for an office-based role in Dubai with an in-person culture and flexible working hours (typically at least four days per week in office)
