The AI Engineer role at BCG X in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is part of Boston Consulting Group’s specialized technology and innovation unit focused on building and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. BCG X teams own the full analytics value-chain end to end, including framing new business challenges, designing innovative algorithms, implementing and deploying scalable AI solutions, and enabling clients and colleagues to fully embrace AI-driven transformation. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying innovative AI and analytics solutions, applying robust software development practices, optimizing computational efficiency of algorithms and software design, and actively participating in every stage of the software development lifecycle. AI Engineers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, consultants, and clients across regions and industries, including topics such as climate change, and contribute to custom-built and industry-specific AI software solutions. The position also includes interacting directly with clients on new features, guiding non-technical teams on best practices for robust software development, and contributing to thought leadership through scientific communities, papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.
