Job description
The Supply Chain Finance – Azure role focuses on the deployment, integration, and operation of enterprise Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platforms hosted on Microsoft Azure, with a strong emphasis on both conventional and Islamic finance models. The role requires hands-on experience provisioning and managing Azure cloud resources, configuring security and monitoring, and leveraging Azure services such as Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Key Vault to support SCF implementations. It involves extensive use of Linux shell scripting for automation, log analysis, and system administration, as well as deep expertise in RESTful API integrations connecting SCF platforms with ERP systems and banking infrastructures. The position demands strong database capabilities, particularly with Oracle Database, including complex SQL development, performance tuning, data migration, and financial system integration. Functionally, the role requires in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Finance models such as reverse factoring, dynamic discounting, early payment programs, invoice financing, buyer-led discounting, factoring, forfaiting, and payment scheduling. The role also emphasizes the ability to design and implement SCF workflows aligned with Islamic finance principles, including Shariah-compliant structures. Hands-on experience configuring SCF modules within the Qualco platform is essential, covering supplier onboarding, credit limit management, transaction lifecycle management, AP/AR integration, and alignment with financial reporting requirements.
