In this role you will collect, analyze, and present information relevant to investor relations management at ADNOC Distribution, in line with corporate and investor relations strategy and guidelines, to ensure IR data is correctly interpreted and information communicated to investors and management is relevant, complete, correct, and readily available. You will support implementation of the investor relations strategy to diversify the shareholding base and improve trading liquidity by targeting new pools of local investors. You are responsible for staying updated on industry developments and collecting relevant industry peer data for the Investor Relations team, and updating data on the company's stock price, trading volumes, analysts' forecasts, and investor feedback. Your responsibilities include analyzing sourced data under the supervision of the department manager, extracting correct information ready to be communicated to top management, investors, and analysts. You will support the development of internal financial and research models, and analyze and summarize financial and operational data reported by third parties about the company and industry. You are responsible for monitoring and analyzing shareholder information, including changes in ownership, and identifying approaches to strengthen the investor engagement program. In this role you will prepare relevant materials for internal and external meetings and presentations, support the organization of meetings, and help prepare the weekly/monthly IR Dashboard for top management. You will also identify new pools of local high net worth retail investors, family offices, and institutions, and prepare and deliver presentations to potential investors alongside management.
