Job description
The Client Engagement Manager at IFZA Dubai focuses on the sale of IFZA licenses and products while building transparent, trust-based client relationships and ensuring clients are fully informed on products, services, and application status through close liaison with sales support, operations, finance, and corporate training teams. The role drives and monitors sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets, sources and generates new leads, participates in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to keep all parties informed. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships, responding proactively to queries and concerns in challenging situations, spearheading business development strategies to unlock new opportunities and forge professional partnerships, and aligning activity with relevant KPIs to achieve sales outcomes within IFZAās international free zone community context.

Key responsibilities
- Drive and monitor sales initiatives for IFZA licenses and products to meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat engagement.
- Respond proactively to client queries, concerns, and expectations, including in challenging situations, to protect the customer experience.
- Spearhead business development strategies to unlock new sales opportunities and forge professional partnerships.
- Source and generate new leads to build a healthy pipeline aligned to sales goals.
- Participate actively in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to keep stakeholders informed on products, services, and application status.
- Track and report relevant sales KPIs to inform decision-making and performance management.
Experience & skills
- 5ā12 years of sales and client relationship experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Proven experience in sales and client engagement with measurable KPI tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Full English proficiency required; additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German are an advantage.
