Job description
Accenture Strategy & Consulting is hiring a Consulting Manager specializing in Fraud and Financial Crime Management within its CFO & Enterprise Value practice. The role involves advising clients on preventing, detecting, and managing fraud and financial crime risks through policy, process, technology, data, and analytics. The Manager will lead client engagements, work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute thought leadership, and collaborate across global teams to deliver tech-enabled transformation.

Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on fraud and financial crime prevention, detection, and response across policy, process, technology, data, and analytics
- Lead client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and client impact
- Work with the latest technologies to address financial crime challenges
- Analyze and solve complex business problems and present solutions to stakeholders
- Adapt solutions to evolving client circumstances and financial crime trends
- Collaborate with global clients with opportunities for travel
- Write thought leadership pieces on industry trends
- Support sales proposals and new offerings
- Provide financial crime subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the Risk practice community and build internal and client networks
Experience & skills
- 6+ years of experience in fraud or financial crime areas such as AML, CTF, KYC, Sanctions, ABC, or Surveillance
- Experience within fraud or financial crime departments in consulting, financial services, government, regulatory, or commercial settings
- Experience with financial crime technologies such as Falcon, Feature space, Feedzai, Actimize, SAS, Sira, Hunter, BAE Netreveal, Oracle Mantas, Fenergo, Quantexa
- Experience in AI-driven solutions is a plus
- Understanding of how data and analytics support financial crime management
- Experience in conducting risk assessments
- Knowledge of financial crime risk and control frameworks and best practices
- Project delivery experience as lead or team member
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to present complex issues to senior stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in agile, team-based environments
- Commercial awareness to support engagements and spot market opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills across technology and business stakeholders
