Job description
Concept, FEED, EPC, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover all generate documents, and this Senior Document Controller keeps every one of them controlled for Worley's ADNOC project work in Abu Dhabi. Document control procedures are set up and maintained in line with ADNOC and PMC requirements. Engineering, vendor, contractor and client documents are registered, classified, transmitted and archived with accurate numbering, revision control and metadata. Submissions and approvals move between PMC, ADNOC, EPC Contractors, licensors, vendors and third parties, and review cycles get chased to keep approvals on time. Master document indexes, MDRs, deliverable trackers and transmittal logs live in the approved EDMS, such as Aconex, SharePoint, Documentum or OpenText. Construction and commissioning teams depend on controlled distribution of approved drawings, while superseded revisions are withdrawn. Periodic reports, KPIs, overdue review reports and dashboards keep management informed. Turnover dossiers and close-out documentation complete the cycle, and junior Document Controllers rely on your guidance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree with 10+ years of EDMS experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals, or an Engineering Diploma with 15 years, plus ADNOC, Offshore, FEED and EPC experience.
