The Client Solutions Manager - Beauty & Luxury - Global Business Solutions - MENA role at TikTok is responsible for managing and growing post-sale client relationships while delivering scalable, best-in-class campaign services for advertisers within the Beauty and Luxury vertical across the MENA region. The position operates within the Client Solutions team, which focuses on building long-term, scalable, and healthy client relationships by solving direct client and agency challenges through TikTok’s advertising solutions and self-service platform. The role requires a holistic understanding of TikTok’s advertising products and digital marketing ecosystem, combining technical and commercial expertise to provide customized solutions that support advertiser growth strategies, including upsells, renewals, and campaign reactivations. The Client Solutions Manager collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Measurement, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure smooth campaign setup, execution, and optimization. The position involves monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing advertising campaigns, translating campaign performance data into actionable insights, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and business outcomes. The role includes investigating campaign-related issues with Product and Engineering teams, supporting pre-sale research and pitch development, conducting business reviews, and using campaign insights and marketplace feedback to inform product improvements and guide advertising strategies. The candidate must possess at least five years of client-facing experience in digital marketing, account management, or sales, with strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and emerging trends. Preferred experience includes working with social media advertising platforms such as TikTok, implementing branding and performance media strategies, measurement techniques, and optimization approaches, with flexibility to travel across the region for client meetings and business engagements.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with advertisers across the Beauty and Luxury vertical by acting as a trusted strategic partner and delivering scalable, long-term client success through TikTok advertising solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Measurement, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure smooth campaign setup, execution, optimization, and performance delivery across advertising initiatives
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns using performance data and marketplace insights to proactively identify opportunities for improved outcomes and enhanced campaign performance
- Lead end-to-end campaign management including campaign setup, execution, optimization, and performance analysis while translating campaign data into actionable insights for clients
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign-related technical or performance issues in a timely and effective manner
- Use campaign insights, performance metrics, and marketplace feedback to inform product enhancements, improve advertising offerings, and guide overall client advertising strategy
- Support Sales teams through pre-sale research, insights development, and pitch creation to build strong solutions narratives aligned with client business objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews and implement a consultative, long-term approach to building productive, growth-oriented client relationships while driving upsells, renewals, and campaign reactivations
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate minimum five years of experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing, account management, sales, or advertising environments
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities with experience using performance data to drive campaign optimization, decision-making, and business growth
- Possess deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, social media advertising platforms, and emerging trends within technology and advertising landscapes
- Demonstrate experience managing advertising campaigns including setup, optimization, performance analysis, and measurement techniques
- Show experience in branding and performance media strategies including campaign measurement methodologies and optimization approaches
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Engineering, Measurement, and Creative teams
- Possess experience supporting pre-sale activities including research, insights development, and pitch creation for advertising solutions
- Demonstrate flexibility to travel across the MENA region for client meetings, events, and business development opportunities
