Job description
The Assistant Branch Manager role at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is an Emiratised position designed to support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. - Support the Branch Manager in implementing strategies to achieve branch performance targets

- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the customer base
- Resolve complex customer issues and maintain relationships with high-value clients

Experience & skills
- UAE national (Emiratised role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in banking/financial services with management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and risk management
- Advanced customer relationship management skills
- In-depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations and Emiratisation policies
- Proficiency in banking software and systems
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Professional banking certifications (e.g., CBA, CAMS) are desirable
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
