Job description
The Distribution Account Manager role in Saudi Arabia is based in Riyadh and is part of Dell's Channel Sales organization, focusing on managing existing channel partners and distributors to drive sales of Dell products and solutions. The role includes developing and managing day-to-day relationships with lead distributors and channel partners, fully understanding Dell's business model as it relates to indirect sales, resolving or escalating customer concerns, and negotiating to achieve mutually beneficial results. Responsibilities cover channel sales planning, partner engagement, opportunity identification, pipeline management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian distribution and channel market, experience with stock and sell business or client product solutions, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with lead distributors and channel partners to ensure high satisfaction with Dell solutions.
- Fully understand the business model as it relates to selling Dell products and services, serving as the main point of contact for partners.
- Identify, qualify, and manage mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities with partners.
- Negotiate with partners and distributors to achieve desired business results and meet customer needs.
- Resolve or escalate any customer concerns appropriately to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in channel or distribution management.
- Experience with stock and sell business models or client product solutions.
- Proven track record of success in the Saudi Arabian distribution and channel market.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, leadership, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage partner relationships, drive sales, and meet revenue targets.
