Job description
Accenture is seeking a Resources Strategy Consultant focused on Emiratization and UAE Talent Development to join its Strategy & Consulting practice in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for professionals who can combine strategic insight, change management, and human capital expertise to help clientsâincluding government agenciesâdesign and implement impactful workforce strategies. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to assess current practices, identify opportunities for performance improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance talent development and Emiratization programs. The role also emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, change adoption, and ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable value.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client and industry challenges to generate actionable insights for talent strategy, workforce planning, and Emiratization programs.
- Support delivery of key workstreams, including platform design, operating model design, business/digital strategy development, and business case creation for government agencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Facilitate change management by identifying resistance to strategic initiatives and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement methodologies to optimize organizational performance.
- Design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing strategic capabilities and workforce development.
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new strategic processes, methodologies, and best practices within client organizations.
- Provide expert guidance on Emiratization policies, UAE talent development initiatives, and alignment with broader strategic objectives.
- Monitor and measure the impact of implemented strategies, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Experience & skills
- Eligible for Emirati National hire as per UAE regulations.
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, talent development, or human capital advisory, preferably within government or public sector environments.
- Strong knowledge of Emiratization programs, workforce development, and human capital best practices.
- Experience with business/digital strategy development, operating model design, and organizational transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption of strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs to build strategic and operational capabilities.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment across multiple projects.
