The Data & AI Consulting Manager role at Sia in Dubai is a senior consulting position focused on leading end-to-end AI-driven digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries in the Middle East. The role operates within a next-generation management consulting environment (Consulting 4.0) that integrates AI, design capabilities, and traditional consulting to deliver transformation programs across strategy, growth, innovation, and business transformation domains. The consultant is responsible for leading client delivery across AI & Data strategy, operating models, transformation roadmaps, analytics, machine learning, predictive modeling, and enterprise-scale data architecture and modernization programs. This includes designing and implementing modern data ecosystems across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, and Oracle, as well as building scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. The role requires oversight of AI adoption frameworks, governance models, and value realization strategies to ensure business impact from AI investments. The manager leads and mentors teams of Data & AI consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery from strategy through execution while maintaining client satisfaction and alignment with business objectives. The role also includes business development responsibilities such as managing client relationships, leading proposals, supporting RFP processes, and driving technical sales activities. In addition, the position contributes to thought leadership and development of AI offerings leveraging proprietary platforms such as Heka.ai and SiaGPT. The role requires strong experience in applied AI/ML techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning, forecasting, and econometric modeling, as well as hands-on experience with data transformation and visualization tools such as ADF, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and QuickSight. The role operates in a high-impact consulting environment working with public and private sector clients across UAE, KSA, and Qatar, requiring deep understanding of regional business contexts and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.
