Job description
Ounass needs someone to run the operational engine behind its Creative department, and this Creative Operations Manager role owns that end to end. Working closely with the Head of Creative and Editorial, the role covers resourcing, workflow design, process improvement and the adoption of AI and automation. You'll translate department strategy into scalable systems and resourcing models, acting as the strategic and operational right hand to the Head of Creative. AI and automation sit at the centre of the agenda here, from generative design and automated resizing to briefing and review tools that cut down manual, repetitive work. The Digital Asset Management platform gets owned end to end, covering governance, taxonomy, permissions and adoption across Creative, Editorial and Marketing teams. Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements get defined and maintained for every key creative process, keeping turnaround and delivery on track. Resource planning and capacity allocation run across the design and content production team, balancing business as usual demand against campaign and seasonal peaks. You're expected to bring 7 or more years in creative operations, production management or project management, ideally within luxury, fashion, retail or e-commerce. People management rounds out the role too, covering performance reviews, mentoring and hands on guidance to designers using strong personal command of Adobe Creative Suite.
