A Velodrome and Urban Sports Park sit at the center of this Senior Director - Development role, part of Qiddiya's push to become a premier sports and entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia. You oversee the entire development lifecycle of these sports venues, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic vision while delivering facilities built to international standards. Comprehensive strategy for sports venue development gets developed and executed to support Qiddiya's mission and strengthen regional sports engagement. Conceptualization, planning and execution of sports venue projects run through you, covering multi-sport arenas, training facilities and spectator areas. Feasibility studies and market analyses get conducted to inform design decisions and financial investments. Project budgets, schedules and resource allocation are managed closely to keep delivery timely and efficient. Relationships with sports federations, government agencies and contractors get established and maintained throughout. Safety regulations, quality standards and sustainable practices apply to every project without exception, and regular updates on status, risks and strategic recommendations go to senior management.
