The Industry Client Solutions Manager - Branding & Commerce for METAP at TikTok Global Business Solutions is responsible for acting as a strategic consultant to clients and agencies across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Pakistan region, delivering industry-specific solutions, methodologies, and growth strategies. The role involves providing consultative sales support, aligning marketing objectives with business outcomes, and driving product adoption through technical and strategic guidance. The position requires building Test & Learn frameworks leveraging measurement solutions including Brand Lift Study (BLS), Conversion Lift Study (CLS), Ad Effectiveness, and Incrementality testing to demonstrate full-funnel business impact. The role includes driving implementation of Pixels, SDKs, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), and TikTok Shop integrations, ensuring technical accuracy and campaign functionality. The position involves managing post-sale client relationships, reviewing media plans, validating campaign setup in TikTok Ads Manager including naming conventions, tracking, placements, and optimization settings, performing creative QA, and ensuring compliance. The role requires proactive campaign monitoring, optimization, pacing, and budget allocation, while supporting Always On content strategies and performance campaigns to drive revenue growth. The position includes compiling campaign reports, analyzing data using Excel, Thinkcell, and dashboards, identifying performance bottlenecks, and providing actionable recommendations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, measurement, creative, and operations teams, supporting account planning, driving product adoption, executing beta programs, and tracking revenue impact. The position also requires experience managing multi-market campaigns across branding and performance objectives, implementing conversion tracking, working with third-party measurement partners such as IAS and DV, and delivering strategic education programs to drive adoption across clients and internal stakeholders.

- Act as a strategic solutions partner to clients and agencies by advising on product adoption, campaign strategy, optimization, and linking marketing objectives to measurable business outcomes across branding and commerce initiatives
- Develop Test & Learn frameworks using Brand Lift Study (BLS), Conversion Lift Study (CLS), Ad Effectiveness, and Incrementality measurement solutions to demonstrate full-funnel performance and business impact
- Drive adoption and correct implementation of Pixels, SDKs, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), and TikTok Shop integrations while ensuring technical accuracy and troubleshooting implementation issues
- Manage post-sale client relationships, review and challenge media plans, validate campaign setup in TikTok Ads Manager, and ensure compliance with naming conventions, tracking, placements, and optimization settings
- Monitor campaign delivery, optimize pacing and budget allocation, provide real-time recommendations, and support Always On strategies to drive performance and revenue growth
- Compile, analyze, and present campaign performance reports using Excel, Thinkcell, and dashboards while identifying delivery issues, performance bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, measurement, creative, and operations to resolve campaign challenges and deliver client growth objectives
- Support revenue planning, product adoption programs, beta initiatives, and knowledge-sharing through case studies, playbooks, and internal learning sessions across Client Solutions Teams
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate minimum 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or campaign management within digital performance marketing environments across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Google
- Demonstrate strong understanding of digital media KPIs and ability to optimize campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance marketing objectives
- Demonstrate experience managing complex multi-market campaign portfolios for branding and performance advertisers across the METAP region
- Demonstrate proficiency in analytics and reporting tools including Excel, Thinkcell, and dashboards to generate actionable insights and performance recommendations
- Demonstrate ability to implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Pixels, SDKs, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), and TikTok Shop integrations
- Demonstrate familiarity with third-party ad measurement and verification partners such as IAS and DV and ability to diagnose platform issues with product and engineering teams
- Demonstrate experience working cross-functionally with product, creative, measurement, and operations teams to drive campaign success and revenue growth
- Demonstrate fluency in Arabic and English with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the METAP region and external clients
