Accenture Song combines creativity, technology, and data to deliver customer experiences; as a Marketing Consultant focused on Emiratization & UAE Talent Development, the role leads data-driven strategies, provides actionable insights, and supports clients in achieving business objectives. Scope includes analyzing complex marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities; leveraging Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for advanced data modeling and reporting; leading initiatives in conversational design across Chatbots, LLMs, prompt engineering, TTS, and STT to enhance customer engagement; driving optimization of Contact Center platforms such as Genesys, Sprinklr, and Microsoft; utilizing Qualtrics and Medallia for Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and CX measurement; conducting in-depth market research to understand customer behavior and competitive landscapes; evaluating and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to improve ROI and KPIs; designing and implementing CX Operating Models for large-scale organizations; and developing detailed reports and dashboards to present insights to senior stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a consulting or digital agency environment.
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and CRM platforms.
- Proven experience in conversational design, Contact Center platforms, and VoC tools (e.g., Genesys, Sprinklr, Qualtrics, Medallia).
- Strong understanding of CX strategies, digital marketing channels, and campaign optimization.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities and ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
