Job description

The role is responsible for developing and curating high-quality content to support Emirates NBD’s knowledge management and cultural initiatives across the organization. It involves creating articles, guides, and multimedia resources for internal knowledge platforms and collaborating with subject matter experts to gather information and insights. The position requires working closely with multiple departments to understand content needs and develop tailored solutions, facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops, and gathering user feedback to continually improve content offerings. The role contributes to content strategies that support the organization’s culture and knowledge-sharing goals, while monitoring trends in knowledge management and content creation to inform strategic decisions. It supports employee engagement and plays a key role in enhancing the internal knowledge-sharing culture within Emirates NBD. Requirements include proven experience in content creation within knowledge management or internal communications, a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field, strong writing and content development skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, knowledge of knowledge management principles, proficiency in content management systems and multimedia tools, the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects, and UAE National status with a Family Book.
