The role emphasizes driving cross-selling and upselling of service offerings while ensuring high client satisfaction through regular business reviews and consultative engagement. Experience & skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 7–12 years of sales experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in outsourcing, staffing, or B2B service industries
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities in a sales environment
- Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, business development, and revenue generation
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and closing skills for high-value corporate accounts
- Experience in consultative and solution-based selling approaches
