Job description
Habshan, Bab, BuHasa, Asab and Habshan-5 all rely on ADNOC Gas's Technical Projects Division for capacity enhancements, debottlenecking and brownfield modifications, and this Senior Engineer in Abu Dhabi works across that portfolio. The title points to project planning, though the posted accountabilities describe project engineering from concept through FEED, construction, commissioning and handover. Statements of Requirement, execution strategies and tender documents for consultants, PMC and EPC contractors are developed or reviewed here. Contractor deliverables, construction methods and costs are checked closely, and claims, variations and close-out draw on your input. Value engineering, constructability reviews, PHSER and ATR reviews all follow ADNOC's Value Assurance Process. Commissioning readiness, punch list closure and handover before PAC issuance bring each project to completion. Business continuity fast-track projects add pace to the workload. Strong project engineering experience across FEED, EPC and commissioning in oil and gas facilities is essential, and brownfield experience, knowledge of ADNOC VAP and a professional certification are preferred.
