The Secondary Sales Manager – UAE Real Estate Market at Driven Properties is responsible for leading and managing the secondary property sales function within the Dubai real estate market. This on-site role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within a real estate environment. The role focuses on driving sales performance, developing and implementing effective sales strategies and business plans, and ensuring the achievement and exceedance of defined sales targets. The Secondary Sales Manager leads, mentors, and manages a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales, monitors team performance, conducts performance evaluations, and provides regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement and high productivity levels. The position involves conducting market research and market analysis to stay updated on market trends, the competitive landscape, and client preferences within the Dubai real estate market. The manager oversees the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and accurate property information, while guiding agents in deal negotiation, transaction closing, and handling client inquiries. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance with all applicable requirements and company policies, and collaborating with marketing, finance, and operations departments to enhance the customer experience and support overall business objectives. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is required, along with a valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed. The position offers exposure to the luxury real estate market and high-profile clients within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market with a focus on secondary property sales
- Possess at least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience within a real estate environment managing sales teams
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and secondary property sales processes
- Exhibit proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and data-driven decision making
- Show proficiency in MS Office Word, MS Office Excel, MS Office PowerPoint, and CRM software
- Hold a valid UAE driving license and demonstrate willingness to travel as required
