Job description
The People Consulting Manager - Financial Services role at EY in Dubai focuses on leading human capital and organizational transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. This position involves designing and implementing large-scale business, HR, and change management programs for clients such as banks and insurance firms across the MENA region. The Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, developing transformation strategies, managing senior client stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires deep expertise in HR transformation, organizational design, talent and performance management, and people-related aspects of cultural or technology-driven change. Working as part of EYâs People Consulting team, the individual will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across service lines to solve complex client challenges, deliver measurable results, and contribute to business development. The position also includes managing and developing teams of consultants, driving engagement delivery, and ensuring high-quality service aligned with EYâs standards of excellence and client impact.

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement major people and organizational transformation programs for financial services clients across MENA
- Develop HR and change management strategies, frameworks, and business cases with measurable objectives
- Lead the delivery of large-scale business transformation, HR value chain, and culture change projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EY service lines to deliver integrated client solutions
- Advise clients on best practices in HR transformation, organizational design, talent and performance management, and rewards
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, including delivering difficult messages and influencing key decisions
- Develop thought leadership materials and contribute to the firmâs intellectual capital and market positioning
- Oversee project delivery, timelines, and budgets while ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction
- Coach and mentor junior consultants to build team capability and foster a high-performance culture
- Support business development initiatives, including proposal development and client presentations
- Promote EYâs digital, data, and AI-enabled transformation solutions in human capital consulting
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorâs degree in business, psychology, organizational development, or a related field (Masterâs preferred)
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering complex business, HR transformation, or culture change projects
- Proven experience serving financial services clients such as banks, insurers, or asset managers
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: HR transformation, organization design, talent management, performance management, or rewards strategy
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Prior experience within a global consulting or professional services firm required
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex organizational challenges and deliver sustainable solutions
- Strong project management and leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in large private or public sector HR functions preferred
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic highly desirable
