Job description
The Relationship Manager ā Small Business Finance role at ADIB is responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with SBF clients to meet their banking needs. The position focuses on enhancing customer engagement through regular meetings, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and improving service delivery. The role also includes monitoring customer satisfaction, repayment performance, delinquency rates, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with SBF clients to fulfill banking requirements
- Enhance customer relationships through regular planned meetings
- Identify further opportunities for cross-sell and improve service
- Ensure consumer satisfaction, repayment performance, and retention
- Monitor loan/financing delinquency rates and customer exits due to Financial Crime Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practice guidelines, and codes of conduct
Experience & skills
- Good knowledge of ADIBās Business Banking products & services
- Experience of credit analyses
- Good knowledge of ADIBās Operational Policies & Procedures
- Proficient in credit appraisal techniques including credit, risk, business & financial analysis
- Knowledge of Business Relationship Management
- Fair knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks
- Good knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank and other regulatory authorities
- General awareness of competitors in the local market
- Excellent knowledge of service standards
