Job description
The Manager-Business Development – System Integration role is responsible for developing new business, increasing sales, and expanding revenue in the Security Systems Integration industry for Transguard Group, headquartered in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone. The position requires extensive industry knowledge and the ability to identify, prospect, and secure new opportunities across security system integration markets including CCTV, Video Management Software, Visitor Management Software, Access Control Systems, ANPR, and Parking Management Systems. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing customer needs and competitive landscapes, preparing pricing strategies, developing proposals, reviewing RFPs, scope of work, and tender documents, and collaborating with technical, bid, legal, commercial, and executive teams to create customized system integration solutions and finalize contractual agreements. The position also requires managing a sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, leveraging supplier and distributor relationships, maintaining knowledge of UAE security laws and SIRA regulations, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role demands proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, security system technical knowledge, and the ability to prepare financial summaries for pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Drive pricing and proposal development by providing inputs on pricing strategy and recommending manufacturers and vendors
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements to secure profitable business deals while mitigating risks
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Identify potential clients, partners, and channels for business expansion through proactive prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for security system integration projects
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract bids in response to client inquiries and RFPs
- Generate new business in CCTV, Video and Visitor Management Software, Access Control Systems, ANPR, and Parking Management Systems
- Develop long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles
- Review client documentation including RFPs, scope of work, and tender documents to prepare insights and strategies
- Collaborate with technical, bid, and systems integration teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and project plans
- Work with leadership to establish strategic growth plans for system integration
- Oversee contract negotiations with internal legal and commercial teams ensuring alignment on terms and conditions
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to support company expansion goals
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion opportunities
- Create alliances with suppliers and distributors to secure technical and commercial support
Experience & skills
- Hold an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communications
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the security or technology industry
- Possess strong understanding of the Systems Integration industry and security system integration technologies
- Show a strong technical background on security systems
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
- Be commercially aware with the ability to negotiate terms and conditions
- Demonstrate creative and strategic thinking capabilities
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and ability to follow all TG processes
- Bring a results-driven mindset with focus on achieving sales targets and business growth
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal teams and colleagues
- Have experience preparing financial summaries for pricing
- Be proficient in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
- Understand and demonstrate knowledge of UAE security laws and SIRA regulations
- Hold a valid UAE driver's license
- Arabic speaker preferred
