The IT Product Manager role focuses on leading the development and optimization of an E-commerce platform by defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. The role requires ownership of product vision and roadmap development aligned with E-commerce trends and organizational goals, ensuring delivery of high-value features that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. The position involves Agile/Scrum-based product management practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. The IT Product Manager translates business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications for engineering and design teams. A key focus is optimizing the E-commerce customer journey, including search functionality, checkout processes, payment integration systems, and post-purchase experiences to improve conversion rates and user satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering teams, UX/UI designers, marketing teams, and senior management to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. It also involves continuous data analysis using KPIs and analytics tools to monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making. The position requires familiarity with web and mobile technologies, APIs, and E-commerce platforms to effectively bridge business needs and technical implementation. Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and evolving E-commerce market trends
- Lead end-to-end Agile/Scrum product development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and iterative delivery cycles
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and technical specifications for engineering and design teams
- Optimize the E-commerce customer journey including search, checkout, payment integration, and post-purchase experience to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and senior leadership teams to ensure product alignment and successful execution
- Analyze product performance using KPIs and analytics tools to generate insights and drive data-informed product decisions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure continuous alignment between technical teams and business objectives
- Support integration and enhancement of E-commerce platforms, APIs, and related web/mobile technologies
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for feature enhancements and optimization
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, revenue-driving product features that improve user experience and business outcomes
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate at least 3+ years of experience in IT Product Management within the E-commerce sector
- Exhibit strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Possess familiarity with web and mobile technologies, APIs, and E-commerce platforms
- Demonstrate strong analytical capability to use KPIs and analytics tools for product performance monitoring and decision-making
- Exhibit excellent English communication skills in both written and spoken formats
- Show strong problem-solving abilities, leadership capability, and stakeholder management experience
