Job description
The HR Business Partner at Transguard Group plays a pivotal advisory and operational role in driving workforce efficiency, employee engagement, and compliance across the organization. Based at the company’s headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai, this position supports the Group HR team by overseeing payroll accuracy, workforce planning, audit readiness, and policy governance. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, enabling data-driven decision-making through management reporting, performance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration. The HR Business Partner builds trusted relationships with managers and department heads to address workforce challenges, resolve employee relations cases, and coach leaders on conflict management, communication, and performance development. Responsibilities include guiding HR process improvements, ensuring adherence to UAE labour laws, managing onboarding and offboarding, and advising on benefits such as schooling, health insurance, and recognition programs. The role also involves leading HR initiatives related to performance management, internships, and employee development, as well as conducting workshops to enhance organizational HR capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR best practices, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to balance strategic influence with operational precision in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee HQ payroll operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Provide data consolidation and insights for management reporting, MPRs, and balanced scorecards
- Support audit readiness by advising on HR documentation, compliance, and governance requirements
- Partner with functional teams to identify and execute operational improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and stakeholders to diagnose workforce challenges and create tailored HR solutions
- Lead resolution of complex employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Coach managers on effective leadership, conflict resolution, and communication to promote an inclusive and compliant work culture
- Champion performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability
- Guide policy development and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal standards
- Collaborate with department heads on compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance and smooth employee transitions
- Design and deliver HR workshops to build workforce awareness and capability
- Conduct research to identify emerging HR trends and recommend innovative practices supporting strategic objectives
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
- Proven expertise in HR best practices and complex employee relations management
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and their application in corporate settings
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead HR initiatives, and deliver measurable results
