Job description
The VP of Product - Enterprise B2B SaaS Portfolio in Riyadh is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for a multi-product enterprise SaaS portfolio, leading product management, product design, and product insights functions to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. The role involves setting product vision, multi-year strategy, and annual portfolio roadmaps, translating them into milestone-based plans with defined OKRs and North Star metrics. The VP establishes a structured product operating cadence including quarterly planning, release trains, stage gates, and launch readiness processes. The position ensures every product has a validated problem statement, outcome-driven PRD, and instrumentation plan, while maintaining quality through SLAs, SLOs, reliability targets, usability standards, and accessibility requirements. The role institutionalizes discovery practices such as customer interviews, JTBD mapping, usability testing, and data analysis, and manages competitive intelligence, pricing, and packaging strategies. It requires building and leading high-performing teams across product management, design, and research, establishing ownership models, and driving cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Security, Compliance, and Finance. The role also ensures robust product analytics, experimentation, telemetry, and adherence to privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Preferred experience includes enterprise SaaS integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, iPaaS, platform capabilities, AI/ML product features, and global enterprise deployments.

- Maintain competitive intelligence and collaborate on pricing and packaging strategies
- Build and lead product, design, and research teams including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Establish ownership models, decision frameworks, and escalation processes across product lines
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Security, Compliance, and Finance for execution alignment
- Ensure implementation of product analytics, experimentation, and telemetry for data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards for enterprise software
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of product management experience including 4+ years leading multi-product enterprise SaaS portfolios
- Proven track record of launching new products and scaling mature products with measurable outcomes
- Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS including workflows, role-based access, auditability, integrations, APIs, and compliance
- Experience establishing product operating cadence including OKRs, planning, stage gates, and experimentation
- Experience building and leading large product, design, and research teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, GTM teams, and Customer Success
- Strategic thinking with portfolio prioritization and resource allocation capabilities
- Strong analytical skills including KPI design, funnel analysis, and experimentation
- Experience with integrations such as REST APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms
