Job description
The Senior Fleet Sales Advisor at Ford (Premier Motors, Abu Dhabi) is responsible for coordinating and managing all administrative aspects of fleet and leasing transactions to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. The role involves handling lease contract preparation, ensuring document compliance, liaising with logistics, finance, and registration offices, and processing payments and invoices. The advisor is tasked with end-to-end documentation, including PDI coordination, trade-in processes, vehicle registration, and insurance. This position also supports demo fleet management, export documentation, and vehicle replacement services, while maintaining lease records in internal systems and resolving customer queries. The role requires cross-functional coordination with departments such as HR and maintenance and demands strict adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Follow up and collect payments from customers for fleet and leasing transactions.
- Coordinate with logistics and workshops for vehicle movement, PDI, and accessory fitment.
- Issue purchase orders for outside work and ensure policy-compliant sales documentation.
- Prepare and obtain approvals for lease contracts from customers, GM, and Finance.
- Verify documentation and release Vehicle Control Certificate (VCC) for registration.
- Arrange insurance and Salik tags for lease vehicles and liaise with GRO for registration.
- Monitor and ensure timely vehicle deliveries and invoicing.
- Submit bank deal documents to Finance & Insurance and credit invoices to customers.
- Generate and send monthly invoices for lease charges, fines, Salik, and other charges.
- Manage trade-in documentation and buy-back process for lease returns as per standards.
- Update and maintain lease vehicle information in the internal system.
- Coordinate showroom requests with HR and maintenance departments.
- Address customer queries and manage vehicle replacement procedures.
- Prepare export documentation and liaise with logistics and shipping providers.
- Maintain the Fleet Demo Log Book and ensure timely servicing of demo vehicles.
- File and maintain documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Experience & skills
- Graduate, preferably in Commerce.
- 3ā5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- 1ā2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
