Job description
The Chief Operating Officer at Stake in Dubai is responsible for owning and scaling the company’s end-to-end operational platform across all properties and business lines. Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, the COO drives operational excellence, integrating functions including Business Operations, Property Management, Transactions, and Fix N’ Flip in the UAE. The role ensures operational readiness for new verticals, product launches, regulatory requirements, and geographic expansion. Key responsibilities include embedding systems, automation, and reporting frameworks, maintaining data integrity, defining operational KPIs, ensuring governance and risk controls, leading incident management and business continuity planning, and fostering a high-performance organisational culture. The COO translates strategic priorities into actionable operational plans, supports investor trust through operational reliability, and drives efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Key responsibilities
- Own the full property lifecycle from acquisition to exit across all investment structures
- Oversee and integrate Business Operations, Property Management, Transactions, and Fix N’ Flip functions
- Define and evolve organisational structure to support multi-vertical growth and operational efficiency
- Set execution standards, service levels, and performance benchmarks across all teams
- Drive transaction efficiency while maintaining strong governance, financial controls, and risk management standards
- Lead company-wide initiatives coordinating across Operations, Finance, Compliance, Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Translate strategic priorities into structured operational roadmaps with clear ownership
- Ensure operational readiness for new verticals, product launches, regulatory implementations, and geographic expansion
- Institutionalise scalable systems, automation, and reporting frameworks ensuring data integrity and actionable insights
- Embed strong internal controls across transactions, asset management, and capital deployment
- Lead incident management and business continuity planning to minimise disruption
- Build and lead high-performing operational teams, implementing accountability frameworks and performance metrics
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement
Experience & skills
- 10–15+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional operations in high-growth, regulated environments
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-team operational environments at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into operational execution
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and asset lifecycle management
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Systems-oriented and data-driven operator leveraging analytics for operational optimisation
